MMmm…Dh lame x update blog…Recently..I was quite busy..umm..sorting out my feelings..LOL….Those mood swings really took their tolls on me..Huhu.. ‘tragedies’ had happened..Biggest: ‘result’s day’ 
..Hehe..ok ok..No more exaggeration …ROTFL 
Erm…so…back to the topic..‘JUST SAY NO’..last week, I discovered three dozens of old Reader’s Digest on the cupboard…After some ‘belek-belek’ sessions..I’ve found soo many interesting articles,good jokes, and inspiring stories..but this article really caught my attention..n I’m happy to share dis..
Fuhh,..today’s technology is really sumthing..Lucky i have this OmniPage Pro installed on my home pc…Just let the scanner and the software to do the rest-of the tiresome job of typing the article again..Fuhh..Hihu.. Technology can spoil you rotten,really!! But then..Who would be so ‘rajin’ to write one whole page all over again?? Haha..I bet no one!
Okies, here’s the toast:
JUST SAY 
NO
When my son was two,there were times when I told him to do something and he just said, "No." I’d look at him in amazement, admiring his courage and amused by his audacity.
There’s an irony here: Small children have less trouble saying ‘no‘ than most adults do.
A second irony is that when people can’t say ‘no‘, they often end up feeling overloaded and resentful. However, those who are able to say ‘no‘ have less pressure and feel more in control.
Learning to say ‘no‘ doesn’t mean we have to become difficult and uncooperative. After all, collaboration and teamwork are essential in the workplace. Saying ‘no‘ is about recognising our limits and being selective. You can even say it in a way people will accept without actually using the word ‘no‘:
- Express your wish to comply: "I’d like to do that for you" or "I wish I could help."
- Give an explanation: "I’m working on a tight deadline."
- Offer an alternative: "I can’t help you now, but I can do it next Tuesday."
- Ask your boss to help you prioritise: "Which of these projects would you like me to set aside in order to do this one?"
Saying ‘no‘ is a way to protect yourself from stress and overload. If you need a role model,just watch your twoyear-old the next time he says ‘no‘ to you.

Hmmm…nice, huh? Huhu…I think many ppl have this problem of saying the plain word ‘NO‘..I think dis was my weakness too..(note the ‘was’ ) One of my best frens once refer me as "nak jaga ati org,tp ati sendiri tak terjaga"
My inability to say ‘no‘ to ppl was somewhat irritating..At last, I was the one who suffered..doing things unwhole-heartedly.
IMHO, there’s no point of ‘buat keje x ikhlas’…Tiresome, sumtimes can stress the heck out of me..hehe~ emo kah? sowiie 
I seriously believe its genetic- inherited from my mother…My mother once told me of her frens at school asking her to buy ‘kain utk buat baju kurung’ everytime she’s out to silk store…Thanks to her good taste..but everytime? Dah la ramai yg mintak tlg..She’s such a kind soul…
But we are human beings..n we hate letting others down n dissapointing them..Dats a good nature after all

I really admire ppl who can be really firm
I also believe I’m better at handling requests now, since at UTP. University environment blasts a good amount of tension..and I really dun want to burden myself wif unwanted errands from unwanted person. I did and I’ll only do stuffs dat I really want to do..Things dat I enjoy ..(unless my responsibilities la of coz ..yg ni wajib wat.. hihu) …Sounds selfish,huh? But dat’s me..
Life is short..y suffer? Live life to the fullest~~~
